General Conditions

Warranty / Returns

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all parts sold through armoredtruckparts.com have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase for the cost of replacement part only. Parts must be returned prepaid to our warehouse for replacement or refund. All parts are identified to avoid fraud.

You will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to return any of our products. 
Credit will be issued upon reception and inspection of Parts.
Client is responsible for proper installation of the parts, as example solenoids often fail because misuse or bad installation; this is not covered under our warranty.

Custom orders are not covered by our regular return policy, all custom orders are final.  These will be indicated as Non-Returnable items. In addition, all custom orders may be delayed because of factors beyond our control.  armoredtruckparts.com will not incur any liability if in its performance of any obligation under a custom order is prevented or delayed by causes beyond its control

Returns of unused parts have a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in their original packaging with all instructions documentation, decals etc. Parts must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. No exceptions.

If packaging is received and shows sign of damages notify the delivery person/carrier immediately, Inform armoredtruckparts.com @ 1-888-358-4920 (303) and refuse shipment should you think that the content is damaged.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped via UPS,  larger body parts could be sent via LTL transport. We try to ship all orders the same day the order was placed when the order is received by noon eastern time unless it is a custom order or we inform you of a problem in filling your order.  Orders received on Friday may be shipped on Monday. 

Payment

You must have an open account with us to issue a Purchase Order.  There is no minimum on company purchase orders.  You can Fax your Purchase Order to 450-358-5314.  Should you require to open an account, please fill out our online form .

Order Cancellations

As most of our orders are processed the same day the order is received, it may be difficult to cancel most orders.  Please send us an email and we will do our best to cancel an order if it has not shipped.

Corrections

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our online catalog information, occasionally errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections including pricing corrections.
